§ 113.01 TRANSIENT SOLICITORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any wares, merchandise, newspapers, magazines, periodicals, or any other matter, to be sold without first obtaining a written permit from the City Clerk. The City Clerk is authorized to issue a permit to any person or individual, upon proper application, to solicit orders from the citizens of the city, but only on exhibition of proper credentials.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or individual to make door-to-door sales or to solicit orders within the city limits of Lake Mary between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next morning, nor between the hours of 5:00 p.m. Friday and 9:00 a.m. the following Monday.
   (C)   Solicitation from, in or on streets or from any vehicles. It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit from, in or on any public road, street, road right-of-way, median or safety zones or, while located on a city sidewalk, to solicit from vehicles in the adjacent city, county, or state roadways.
