It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police, police officer, Community Service Officer, Fire Department personnel, Code Enforcement Officer or any other person designated by the City Manager to inspect all places of business in the city, and to report the failure of any person carrying on any of the occupations, businesses, or professions named in §111.20 to secure a receipt therefor or to post the receipt conspicuously in his place of business.
