This franchise shall be exclusive and the granting of a franchise hereunder shall prohibit the city from granting any identical or similar franchise. This franchise may not be assigned or a sub-lease entered into by the grantee without the prior approval of the city. The franchisee shall accept this franchise and all the conditions of this chapter and franchise by having its president sign an acceptance of this chapter and franchise.
