§ 93.27 TENTATIVE BUDGET.
   On or before July 15, 1991 and on July 15 of each year thereafter, the City Manager shall submit to the City Commission a tentative budget for the district which shall include the charges made for the installation and energy and maintenance of the street lights, an allowance for legal fees necessary for the collection and enforcement of special assessments and the administrative costs incurred in assessing charges and collection of the special assessments. The tentative budget shall be considered and adopted by the City Commission in the same manner as provided by law from time to time, for the consideration and adoption of the city budget. Assessment shall be established as provided by F.S. Ch. 170 or 197.
