Nothing contained herein shall be construed to release or discharge the permit holder from any liability other than for the restoration if the city's streets and sidewalks, which may arise from any alteration of city streets or sidewalks or any part thereof. It shall be incumbent on the permit holder to become properly informed of the location of any utility lines or appurtenances within the project area which may be subject to damage as a result thereof.
