§ 93.11 INSPECTIONS.
   After the alteration has been completed and the property restored, the person issued the permit shall notify the City Council or an official designated by the City Council, who in turn shall inspect the property. If restoration has been completed in a good and workman-like manner, the cash or surety bond shall be restored to the permit holder. If the permit holder fails to perform the obligation hereunder, within a reasonable time, the City Council or an official designated by the City Council shall declare the cash or surety bond to be forfeited to the city and the Department of Public Works shall cause the alterations to be restored to their pre-existing condition.
