§ 93.03 LIMITING USE OF STREETS.
   (A)   The City Council is authorized to limit the use of, or vacate, abandon, discontinue, or close any existing roadway, street, or alley, and to renounce and disclaim any right of the city and public in and to any land delineated on any recorded map or plat as a roadway, street, or alley. The procedure to be followed shall comply with the provisions of F.S. Ch. 335 and F.S. § 336.10, as nearly as practicable.
   (B)   The City Council hereby formally accepts all offers of dedications of any streets, alleys, roadways, easements, parks, playgrounds, or any other offer of dedications of any public property now in existence on any recorded plat or on the Public Records of Seminole County.
