The city hereby adopts Chapter 20, Animal Control, of the Seminole County Code, as may be amended from time to time. In addition to the Seminole County Code, the following regulations shall apply:
(A) The owner or person in control of any animal shall be responsible for the removal of any waste deposited by their animal upon any public property, right-of- way or private property of another.
(B) Violations of the County’s animal control ordinance within the city limits, including the above provision, can also be enforced through the city’s code enforcement citation process in accordance with Chapter 37 of this code.
