(A) If unpaid, all violations of the municipal parking ordinance shall be referred to a county judge or a hearing officer designated to preside over civil traffic infractions in the county.
(B) Each violation will be adjudicated in accordance with the provisions of the city ordinance or state statute.
(C) Upon written request of the defendant contained in a Notice of Appearance or a written plea, the parking infraction case shall be assigned to a county judge or hearing officer regularly assigned to hear traffic matters.
