The powers of the Police Chief concerning the creation of parking and standing zones include the following:
(A) Establishing parking meter zones, including size and number of spaces therein, erecting parking meters, and designating parking time allowed.
(B) Establishing bus stops and taxi cab stands.
(C) Establishing loading and unloading zones.
(D) Establishing regulations governing prohibiting overnight parking.
(E) Establishing regulations governing alternate side parking.
(F) Establishing regulations governing the parking of trucks or commercial vehicles in residential areas.
(G) Establishing regulations regarding all other parking regulations.
