§ 70.12 DESIGNATING USES OR PROHIBITIONS FOR STREETS.
   The powers of the Police Chief concerning the designation of uses or prohibitions for streets including the following:
   (A)   Restricting the use of streets.
   (B)   Recommending to the City Commission designation of particular highways or roadways for use by traffic moving in one direction.
   (C)   Recommending to the Commission designation of any street as a through street or any intersection as a stop or yield intersection.
   (D)   Prohibiting or regulating the use of controlled-access roadways by any class or kind of traffic.
   (E)   Prohibiting or regulating the use of heavily traveled streets by any class or kind of traffic found to be incompatible with the normal and safe movement of traffic.
   (F)   Recommending to the Commission designation and regulation of traffic on play streets.
   (G)   Designating and regulating traffic in school zones as prescribed by state statute.
