F.S. Chapters 316, 318, 320, and 322 are adopted as the traffic code of the city. The matters and the contents therein are made a part of this chapter by reference as fully and completely as if set forth herein. Copies of the laws shall remain on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection.
