§ 56.13 INSPECTION OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED FACILITIES.
   Upon making application for water service and prior to connection to the city's water system, the owner/consumer or his agent shall have obtained the appropriate building permit, installed the correct backflow prevention assembly as determined by the Public Works Department, and obtained an inspection by the Public Works Department and/or the Building and Life Safety Division to determine compliance with the Program. The Public Works Department shall not establish water service until such time as the owner/ consumer complies with these standards.
