Construction plans for a proposed facility or modifications to an existing facility shall be submitted to the Building and Life Safety Division at the time of application for the building permit or at the time of application for water service. Approval of proposed backflow prevention assemblies must be obtained prior to the issuance of the building permit or installation of new water service.
