§ 50.026 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Before the commencement of construction or reconstruction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner shall first obtain written permits from the County Health Department and the City Building Official. The application for these permits shall be made on a form furnished by the County Health Department and City Building Official respectively; the applicant shall supplement said application with any plans, specifications, and other information deemed necessary by the County Health Department or the City Building Official.
   (B)   The Seminole County Health Department or the City Building Official shall be allowed to inspect the work at any stage of construction and, in any event, the applicant for the permit shall notify both when the work is ready for final inspection, and before any underground portions are covered.
