§ 34.16 DUTIES OF CITY CLERK.

The City Clerk is authorized and directed to have prepared any forms and perform any ministerial duties required by this chapter by necessary implication, in order to accomplish the objectives of this chapter, and the intent of the City Commission in adopting it.
