(A) Voters in a municipal election shall be registered in the manner provided for by state law. All voters residing within the municipal limits of the city and registered by the Supervisor of Elections to vote in the county, shall be eligible to vote in all municipal elections.
(B) The registration books shall close 30 days prior to the date the election is held.
