§ 33.02 DEPARTMENT HEADS.
   DEPARTMENT HEADS shall be defined as Fire Chief, Police Chief, Finance Director, Parks and Recreation Director, City Clerk, Community Development Director and Public Works Director. The creation, elimination, employment or termination of department heads shall be in accordance with the city's Charter.
