§ 30.82 MEETINGS, PROCEDURES AND APPOINTMENT OF CITY HISTORIAN.
   As soon as practicable after this subchapter becomes effective, the Historical Commission shall meet at an appropriate place and shall arrange a time for holding regular meetings as shall be necessary, and the Historical Commission may adopt such rules of organization and procedure as it may deem necessary and determine the duties of its members and employees.
