§ 30.51 MEETINGS.
   All meetings of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall be public meetings. Public notice shall be placed in three conspicuous locations in the city at least seven days prior to a called public meeting. The records of the meetings shall be public records, and a copy of the records shall be kept at City Hall.
