ARTICLE X: CITY ATTORNEY
   There shall be a City Attorney appointed by the City Commission, who shall represent the City in legal proceedings and shall perform other duties assigned by the City Commission. The City Commission may remove the City Attorney by motion requiring three affirmative votes.
