In the event that multiple candidates shall qualify for election to a single office, and no candidate shall receive a majority vote, then the two candidates receiving the most votes shall have a run-off election to decide the winner of the election for that office. The run-off election, if required, shall be held on the first Tuesday in December, following the general election.
