SECTION 6.04 QUALIFIED VOTERS.
   Any person who is a resident of the city of Lake Mary who has qualified as an elector of this State and who is registered in the manner prescribed by general law and ordinance of the City of Lake Mary shall be a qualified elector of the City of Lake Mary.
