SECTION 4.03 POWERS AND DUTIES OF MAYOR.
   The Mayor of the City of Lake Mary, Florida is the ceremonial head of the City, shall serve as Chairperson during City Commission meetings, and shall serve as the head of City government for purposes of execution of all legal documents.
