The intent of this article is to establish, ratify and confirm the boundaries of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, as established by Chapter 67-1079, Laws of Florida, 1967, and as extended by annexation proceedings of the City of Lake Mary to the effective date of this Charter.
All ordinances of annexation of the City of Lake Mary heretofore adopted and as may be adopted prior to the effective date of this Charter are hereby incorporated herein and the lands described in such ordinances, together with the boundaries of the city as described in Chapter 67-1079, Laws of Florida, 1967, are hereby declared to be the corporate limits of the City of Lake Mary, Florida.
