Sec. 28-108. Sedimentation control.
   In order to prevent soil erosion and sedimentation pollution of streams, springs, flat water bodies or other drainage networks, and when there are plans for a land disturbing activity of one acre or more, the subdivider shall show proof with the preliminary plat of an erosion and sedimentation control plan which has been approved by the state agency having jurisdiction in accordance with the North Carolina Administrative Code, Title 15, as adopted by the state sedimentation commission, January 11, 1978, as amended.
