§ 154.45 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   A zoning administrator or other official designated by the City Council shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Zoning Administrator finds a violation of the provisions of this chapter the Zoning Administrator shall notify the person responsible for such violation in accordance with the procedures stated in § 154.99.
