§ 154.31 NEW MOBILE HOME PARKS.

(A) The floodway and flood fringe districts lie within the St. Croix River Overlay District and the Shoreland Management Overlay District. Sections 159.046 and 159.047 of the Zoning Regulations refer to Chapter 155 for permitted uses in the St. Croix River Overlay District and the Lake and Shoreland Management Overlay District. Mobile home parks are prohibited in these districts under § 155.029. Accordingly, new mobile home parks are prohibited within the both the floodway (FW) and flood Fringe (FF) districts.
