§ 116.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall do or commit any act that is forbidden by the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall by punished not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor as prescribed by state law, as set forth in § 10.99.
