§ 159.045 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT.
   (A)   Permitted uses. Any and all uses subject to the conditions of a planned unit development permit under planned unit development regulations of this chapter, §§ 159.060 through 159.068.
