(A) Insurance. The operator shall provide proof of bodily injury, property damage, and public liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 for any occurrence, including blasting insurance if blasting is allowed as part of the permit.

(B) Fees. Permit fees will be charged based on resolution of the City Council. Fees shall cover all administrative costs associated with the permit application, annual review, and costs of inspections.

(C) Inspections. As a condition of approval of a mining permit, city staff/representative has the right to go on the subject property after providing reasonable notice to the operator.
