§ 155.999 PENALTY.

It is declared unlawful for any person to violate any of the terms and provisions of this chapter. Violation thereof shall be a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. All misdemeanor violations shall be punishable to the extent specified in §§ 10.98 and 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
