Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Building Official or that Official's duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any building, structure, or premises in the city to perform any duty imposed upon that Official by the Code. No person shall interfere with the Building Official or that Official's duly authorized representatives in the execution of their duties.
