§ 155.061 PRELIMINARY PLANS.

(A) Preliminary plans for all plats, including planned cluster developments, shall be approved by the Commissioner of Natural Resources or his or her agent in writing prior to preliminary approval by the City Council.

(B) All subdivisions shall comply with the applicable provisions of the city Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 158.
