For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUILDING INSPECTOR. The individual appointed by the city to perform building inspection services.
DRAINAGE SITE PLAN. The documentation and written plans submitted by any property owner seeking to obtain a building permit containing all data and information reasonably required by the City Engineer to demonstrate water drainage patterns from the affected property; these plans may include aerial photographs of the affected property and neighboring or adjacent properties, surveys, soil tests, elevation charts or maps, landscaping plans or drawings, and any other information reasonably required by the City Engineer.
