For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. An individual or firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other private body or governmental entity.
STRUCTURE. Any building which may provide shelter for any person, animal, or item of property.
