A land occupier may petition the local government for a variance from this chapter.
(A) The land occupier must document in the variance the economic hardship or technical infeasibility for the petition.
(B) Procedures for hearing such a variance petition shall be the same as are outlined in the city Zoning Regulations set forth in Chapter 159.
