A land occupier who has filed a mediated written settlement under § 152.20 or who has received a court order under § 152.25 may request the District to assist in the planning, design, and application of practices necessary to reduce soil loss to the soil loss limits set out in the definition thereof in § 152.03. The District must give the land occupier a high priority for technical and cost-share fund assistance.
