§ 30.50 CITY RECORDS.
   None of the city records shall be removed from the office of the City Clerk except when required at City Council meetings or hearings, or by express order of a majority of the Council members. These records shall be available for inspection at all times in the office of the City Clerk, by appointment on advance request reasonably made.
