§ 30.36 COUNCIL MEETINGS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   All city meetings for the city shall be procedurally governed under the effective edition of Robert's Rules of Order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City Council may, unless otherwise specified by law, at any time through affirmative vote of a majority of the Council then in attendance suspend Robert's Rules of Order in application to any matter pending before it.
