§ 30.35 EXECUTIVE SESSIONS.

   The City Council may by law go into executive closed session to discuss the following:

   (A)   Labor negotiations;

   (B)   Non-public data under the Data Practices Act, being M.S. Chapter 13, as it may be amended from time to time;

   (C)   Misconduct allegations or charges;

   (D)   Performance evaluations;

   (E)   Attorney-client privilege;

   (F)   Purchase or sale of real or personal property; and

   (G)   Security reports.
