§ 30.33 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or any 2 members of the City Council in writing, filed with the City Clerk and posted at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the time specified for the meeting, as required by law. The Clerk shall then mail a notice to all members of the time and place of meeting at least 1 day (24 hours) before the meeting, including the purpose of the meeting if the purpose be stated in the call filed with the Clerk. In addition to the notice mailed, the Clerk shall also attempt to notify each member of the meeting, by telephone or in person, and shall immediately post notice of the meeting.
   (B)   Any special meeting attended by all City Council members shall be a regular meeting for the transaction of any business that may come before the meeting.
