No establishment to which "on sale" licenses have been issued or hereafter may be issued for the sale of intoxicating liquors which are hotels or restaurants as defined in M.S. § 340A.504, Subd. 3, as it may be amended from time to time, may serve intoxicating liquors on Sundays without first having received a special license to do so as provided in this subchapter.
