In all hotels, restaurants, or clubs, as the same are defined in M.S. § 340A.101, as it may be amended from time to time, the definitions of which are hereby adopted by reference, which have facilities for serving not less than 30 guests at 1 time, may serve intoxicating liquors between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. midnight on Sundays in conjunction with the serving of food, provided that the license establishment is in conformance with the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act, being M.S. §§ 144.411 to 411.417, as it may be amended from time to time.
