(A) Any member of the Council, member of the Sheriff's Department, health officer, or any properly designated employee of the city shall have the unqualified right to enter, inspect, and search the premises of the licensee during business hours without a warrant for the purposes of determining whether any of the provisions of the subchapter are being violated and may seize all intoxicating liquors found on the licensed premises.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
