The City Council shall have regular sessions on the third Tuesday of every month of each calendar year. Regular meeting times may be established or changed from time to time by resolution of the City Council. The first meeting of the year shall be held on the third Tuesday in January unless that date shall be a holiday, in which event the meeting shall be held on the following Tuesday. If subsequent regular meetings shall fall on a holiday, they shall also be held on the following Tuesday.
