(A) Payment in full. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by a receipt from the City Clerk for payment in full of the required fee for the license. All fees shall be paid into the General Fund of the municipality.
(B) Annual fees. The annual fees for an "on sale" and an "off-sale" license and for a 3.2% malt liquor license shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule in Chapter 33 of this code of ordinances.
(C) Periodic review. The annual fees set forth in division (B) may be reviewed and amended from time to time by ordinance of the City Council.
