§ 113.07 PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   No license of any kind shall be granted for any premises where a license, or his or her agent, servant, or employee has been convicted of a violation of this code or applicable state law, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause, until 1 year has elapsed after the conviction or revocation, or a shorter period of time as the Council, in its discretion, may establish.
   (B)   No license shall be granted for operation of any premises upon which taxes, assessments, or other financial claims of the city are delinquent and unpaid.
   (C)   No license shall be issued for any place or for any business ineligible for such a license under state law.
