(A) The annual license fees for licenses issued under this chapter and billable transaction fees, as established in Exhibit A of Ord. 7504, License Fee Schedule and Billable Transaction Fee, are set forth in the fee schedule in § 33.01.
(B) The annual license fee shall be payable semi-annually in accordance with procedures established by the City Council.
(C) (1) The billable transaction fee shall reflect the cost of processing transactions and other related regulatory expenses as determined by the City Council, and shall be reviewed and adjusted, if necessary, at least every 6 months. Licensees shall be notified in writing 30 days before any adjustment is implemented.
(2) Current fees established by the City Council are as set forth in division (A) of this section.
(D) Billable transaction fees shall be billed monthly and are due and payable within 30 days. Failure to do so is a violation of this chapter.
