§ 95.28 PUBLIC GROUND OTHER THAN RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Nothing in this subchapter is intended to grant the company authority beyond that given by M.S. § 222.37, as it may be amended from time to time, for use of the public rights-of-way for construction and operation of facilities. If the city allows the company to use its non-right-of-way public ground, the terms of this subchapter apply to the extent they are consistent with the contract, statutory, and common-law rights the city owns in the property.
